Does Acadia have a 401(k) plan?

Yes. Full-time and part-time employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible for the 401(k) plan. You can increase, decrease, or stop your contribution to the plan at any time.

Does Acadia participate in community services?

Does Acadia provide health insurance?

Yes. Acadia Healthcare’s health insurance plans are offered through BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. The following plan options are available for regularly scheduled full-time or part-time employees who work at least 30 hours per week:

  1. Buy-up PPO Plan – lower deductible, copay, and out-of-pocket maximum, semi-monthly premium is a higher rate
  2. Base PPO Plan – higher deductible, copay, and out-of-pocket maximum, semi-monthly premium is a lower rate
  3. High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) – higher deductible, lower premium, employee pays 100% of the cost of prescriptions, doctor’s visits, emergency room visits, and covers the cost of surgeries and outpatient procedures until the deductible is met

Does Acadia provide dental insurance?

Yes. Acadia Healthcare’s dental insurance plans are offered through Delta Dental of Tennessee. The following plan options are available for regularly scheduled full-time or part-time employees who work at least 30 hours per week:

  1. Value Plan – access to Delta Dental PPO network
  2. Base Plan – access to both Delta Dental PPO and Delta Dental Premier networks

Does Acadia provide vision insurance?

Yes. Acadia Healthcare offers vision insurance through Vision Service Plan (VSP). This is available for regularly scheduled full-time or part-time employees who work at least 30 hours per week.

Does Acadia offer a health savings account (HSA)?

Yes. Acadia Healthcare’s HSA is paired with the high deductible health plan to help offset the cost of medical expenses. The HSA allows employees to set aside a portion of their gross salary to help pay for out-of-pocket medical expenses, reducing their taxable income. Annual contribution can vary and is determined at the employee’s discretion.

Does Acadia offer a flexible spending account (FSA)?

Yes. Acadia Healthcare’s FSA allows employees to set aside a portion of their gross salary to pay for qualified medical care expenses. Annual contribution can vary and is determined at the employee’s discretion.

Acadia also offers a dependent care flexible spending account (DCA) that allows employees to set aside a portion of their gross salary to pay for dependent care for children up to the age of 13, a disabled dependent of any age, or a disabled spouse. Annual contribution can vary and is determined at the employee’s discretion.

Additionally, Acadia offers a limited healthcare flexible spending account (LFSA). The LFSA is paired with HDHP and HSA to pay out-of-pocket expenses until the annual deductible is met. Employees are able to set aside a portion of their gross salary to pay for qualified vision, dental, and/or preventative care expenses. Annual contribution can vary and is determined at the employee’s discretion.

Does Acadia offer life insurance?

Yes. Basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance is provided at no cost to the employee. Supplemental AD&D is also available to employees if they choose to purchase through payroll deductions.

Does Acadia offer FMLA or disability leave?

Yes. Acadia Healthcare offers short-term disability, long-term disability, and FMLA to its employees. Short-term disability provides income protection in the event that an employee cannot work due to a covered illness or injury, and long-term disability provides protection if an employee becomes disabled and is not able to work for an extended period of time.

FMLA is offered to all eligible employees and the allotment varies based on the employee’s circumstances. The leave may be paid, unpaid, or a combination of both, depending on the circumstances.

Does Acadia offer paid vacation, bereavement leave, and sick time?

Yes. Paid vacation, sick time, and bereavement leave is available for eligible employees. The length of time that an employee has been with Acadia will determine the specific amount of sick and vacation time that they have available to them. Acadia also offers its employees personal days that can be used within the calendar year. Additionally, employees receive up to three days of paid bereavement leave.

Extended sick time and personal leaves of absence are also available to employees based on personal needs.

Does Acadia work with an employee assistance program (EAP)?

Yes. Acadia Healthcare works with LifeServices EAP to provide assistance to its employees. Counseling, legal services, financial services, and work-life services are all available through this EAP. These services are confidential and free of charge to employees and their dependents.

Does Acadia provide relocation assistance?

Yes. Acadia Healthcare provides relocation assistance in the event that an employee must relocate for their position.

Does Acadia provide education reimbursement?

No. Acadia Healthcare does not offer education reimbursement.
